    In a privileged position, right in the town center and just 150 meters from the beach. All main services are easily reachable on foot. Piazza Miramare is only 100 meters away!



    Description:

    Cozy ground-floor apartment, ideal for families looking to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday.

    It consists of: a living room with dining table and double sofa bed; separate kitchen equipped with washing machine; one double bedroom; a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a second double bed if needed); bathroom with shower.

    The large private garden surrounds the apartment on three sides and is furnished with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining, including a covered area.



    Additional amenities:

    The apartment is located in the same complex as M046 and M027.

    Pets allowed.

    Spacious, fully fenced and furnished private garden.
