Location: located in the wonderful MareVerde Residence, a noble, high-level residential complex only 100 metres from the beach. Entrance to the residence reserved for tenants only, with well-kept driveway and parking spaces. The corso di Marcelli is only 150 metres away. Unique position!

Description: first floor of four-family house. Spacious living room with dining table and single sofa-bed - independent kitchen with washing machine - double bedroom - second bedroom with bunk beds - bathroom with shower - large private and fenced terrace equipped with table and chairs with lovely panoramic sea view. Private parking space inside the residence.

Located in the same residence as flats M080, M081, M082, M083, M084, M085, M086, M088.
