Description: first-floor apartment, ideal for a relaxing stay near the sea. It consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, dining table and sofa – double bedroom – second bedroom with single bed – bathroom with shower and washing machine – terrace with table and chairs – exclusive panoramic solarium, perfect for outdoor relaxation.

The property also includes: air conditioning in the living area and in the double bedroom.
