Description: first floor of a two-family villa. Large living room with sofas and dining table – new kitchen with dishwasher – large master bedroom with double bed – second double bedroom – third bedroom with two single beds – bathroom with tub and washing machine – wonderful roof solarium with sea view equipped with umbrella, table and seats. Parking space in front of the apartment.
