Location: located in the charming Taunus Village of Numana, a noble complex of villas and apartments surrounded by greenery and located in the most dominant part of Numana. Access to the swimming pool of the Sea Green Residence reserved for a maximum of 6 people (opening period 10/06 - 09/09)



Description: large four-room apartment. Tastefully furnished and with an exclusive front and back garden!

Ground floor: large living room with sofa and dining table - separate kitchen with dishwasher - bedroom with two single beds - study with single sofa bed - bathroom with shower cubicle - front and back garden equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers.

Basement floor: tavern with sofas and dining table - bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom - second bedroom with double bed with bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Splendid shared swimming pool with sea view. Parking space in the condominium area.
