Description: Completely seafront residence. Apartment located on the second floor, room 324, comprising:

Living room with sofa and kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony/terrace with a wonderful sea view equipped with table and chairs.

Free parking pass for the municipal parking lot on Via Pescara.

Shared laundry room.



The price includes:

- rental

- water, electricity, and gas consumption

- 24-hour on-site assistance

- initial final cleaning

- supply of bed linen and towels for all occupants

- one umbrella and two loungers at the Europa beach club, located directly in front of the residence (beach service guaranteed until September 30)
