It features a spacious living room with a kitchen on the first floor. On the first floor are the master bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower stall. TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. Exposed beams and Conero stone throughout the house. A very charming and comfortable home.

Prices include water, electricity, and gas, as well as final cleaning.

Tourist tax (mandatory): €1.00 per person per night (max 15 days; children up to 3 years old are exempt).
Bedding and towels (optional and upon request): €15 per person per set.
