The property had significant maintenance issues that affected the quality of the stay.
The tap water was consistently discolored with a bright orange/rusty tint. It was not suitable for basic hygiene, such as brushing teeth. The bathtub also showed heavy rust sediment when filled.
In addition, the facility maintenance was poor. One of the showers had no water pressure, making it unusable. Some kitchen equipment, specifically the kettle, was not in clean condition.
Communication regarding check-in was delayed, leading to unnecessary stress. I hope the property addresses these hygiene and maintenance concerns.
