The property is good, not very, but good enough. Staff are very polite, you feel that they love you and are trying to be very helpful. They are serving an incredible breakfast. Unfortunately, the door in the room (320) is broken (not stable). Too hot in the room. And absolutely non-comfortable pillows (even if there are 4 pillows in a room). Anyway, thank you so much for the accommodation.

Won’t stay again

Staff are good. And the location is as good as it can be in Astana.. My main issue was comfort. Two main reasons - Firstly, my room was opposite the elevator and there was little sound proofing, meaning it wasn’t easy to sleep. The main issue was how uncomfortable they made the place by constantly having the central heating on. The aircon apparently doesn’t work if their central heating is on, the answer from the staff was to open the window which isn’t practical overnight with the noise/traffic in Astana. I feel like for a hotel charging £140 you should be able to be at a comfortable temperature. Won’t stay again

If you carry the name “Hilton” you should resolve problems. - The room is always cold and heating and clima is not working properly. - inadequate personel for room cleaning. They could clean only once and at a evening time. Long story short - the money you pay and the comfort you get does not match.

Great stay at this Hilton Hotel. Close to the Bayterek Tower (15min walk) and was very clean. My only issue was that the air conditioning was poor and the room was always hot

When I arrived, there was an intoxicated man who was sleeping in front of my door and I could not get into my room. The elevators at times were not working, and I got stuck in an elevator shaft. I had trouble at breakfast when they said that I did not have breakfast included, but I did. The staff was very pleasant and helpful at each time and even sent a fruit plate as a thank you, but there were just too many problems going on.

Functional, ok for business travel

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had good experience so decided to stay again. This time I was disappointed with the standard of service and food which was not as good as before. I will probably try somewhere else next time.

Great business hotel in a pretty drab city! Clean and comfy. Only two complaints - firstly the wifi was very poor. Secondly, laundry was extortionate- for 1 shirt and some underwear it was going to cost £17!

Uncomfortable stay.

Unprofessionally managed hotel. Heating system is pumping very hot air into the rooms, very uncomfortable. The hotel is on a noisy street, so opening windows to get fresh air makes slipping at night difficult.
