Good Experience
Very good experience to stay in the hotel. The location is very close to the city centre, and shopping area (within 5 mins walking distance). The room is very clean and comfortable. 5-10 mins drive to most of the common public sightseeing points.

Everything is very clean with full kitchen
The apartment is excellent in Nuremberg. Location is just 6-8 minute walk from Nuremberg central station. Lobby is great and the receptionist is very nice to any inquiries. Room is clean and a big window to view the street once the curtain opened. A full kitchen is included in every room. I have used to kitchen oven to cook ribs. The washing machine also includes in every apartment, which can definitely clean your clothes but you have to prepare washing powder or fluid by yourself. Overall the apartment is valued a lot.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with kitchen and watching machine. Good breakfast. Right in the old town makes you very easy to visit most of the tourist attractions, restaurants and shops on foot.

Room service never come , my room must so far away
I booked a room for 3 people (one bedroom and a double size sofa bed). When we arrived, we found that it was only prepared for two persons! No third set of toothbrush, towel, and even no pillow and blanket on the sofa bed remained as a sofa !! (not opened) I went to the reception to inform them about the above, and the female staff there insisted on records our room was already well prepared! She said “ your room is already prepared!” Then I said “no! There is nothing for the third people!” With arrogance and reluctance, she finally promised to send someone up to have a look. After that I went back my room and wait for 30 mins, no staff arrived. I called to reception again and asked, the reception replied me” the staff is on the way! No worries!” After 10 mins, my phone in my room rang, the reception said “ our staff will arrive in another 30 mins, please be patient”. I was like, “wow such a far distance it needs 1 hour !?” Finally a male staff arrived, but as I asked him to open the sofa double bed for us, he replied we have only booked and paid for 3 persons, so he was only supposed to open it to the extent of a single bed arrangement. Finally he agreed to open up to a double bed size, but as I further asked if we could have an extra set of blankets (because of cold weather), he said we need to pay for that(€35)!! And he kept on saying he has already been doing extra work to open the sofa into double bed arrangement for us! Oh right, so kind.

The Adina was a very nice place. The staff were welcoming and helpful. It was a bit of a walk to the train station but not really problematic. The Hotel is centrally located and there are many dining options. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed our stay.

Property was in excellent location and very clean, the swimming pool and sauna was a relaxing way to finish off the day. The buffet breakfast was great start to the day. After travelling for so long the washer/dryer came in very handy. Only downside was the sofa was made into a bed which took up lots of space, we did ask for the front desk to change this but it wasn’t done
