Great pool for lap swimming The staff were great and really helpful, especially those in the hotel’s restaurant who really went the extra mile. The Ossotel is an older property but is very well maintained and in a great location

We were quite disappointed. We were expecting a lot considering the resort’s ratings. Check in was 3pm. We arrived at 4:20pm and our room still wasn’t ready. When we got to our room at 6pm there was no extra bed which we’d paid for. We had a package including canapés and cocktails 4:30-6. We ordered right on 4:30 but it took half an hour for any food or drink to come. Canapés were one miniature chicken wing and a dollop of dip with a few vegetable sticks each. All pool beds were taken early morning. People had reserved them with their belongings. Breakfast was very average. On the plus side… the ocean view rooms were spacious and a staff member gave the kids a complimentary icecream and teddy. We wouldn’t stay here again. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth the huge amount of money we paid for the inclusions and rooms.
