The staff was extremely nice. We checked in, went to the room and the television would not connect. We attempted to troubleshoot and still nothing. I was sitting on the bed and looked over at the nightstand, there were two roaches. I went to the front desk with my concerns and he offered us another room but we opted to leave. I can’t do roaches.

Staff was great. My room didn’t have a bathroom fan, there was a 6 foot spot about to fall down out of the ceiling, the first floor ice machine did not work, and everything BESIDES the inside of the room was visibly dirty. Once again the staff was very helpful in making the best of the stay, just a dirty hotel.

I wouldn’t stay there again. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but we were given a room with a strong odor. Smelled like someone had been smoking in it combined with a musty smell. They were great when we requested a new room but I felt like that room had a smell of cleaning supplies. I think they were covering up another musty smell from the wet carpet near the air-conditioner. There were also broken and loose tiles within the room. There was a breakfast but the chairs were still up on the table from the previous day and if you wanted to sit you weren’t sure if you were welcome to. We did not use the amenities so I can’t comment on those.

The woman who seemed to run it, spent most of her time on her phone. Check in was, show me your id, how are you paying, elevator is over there. Breakfast, no regular coffee, no cups to measure batter for waffles, two of the hot containers were empty no idea what food was supposed to be in them. And she was on her phone walking around. We stay often at Quality Inn’s, this is the first time we ran into this.
