「Lost a star because the fireplace didn’t work for our entire stay. Admittedly, they tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Was very communicative with the manager, but it was just a bummer to not have a fireplace working during these cold ski weekends (it’s like the best part after a long day skiing!). 」

「This property checked all of our boxes and was a wonderful set up for our family of five! Rooms & 2 bathrooms are downstairs near the laundry closet and ground level front door/private parking garage, which made it so easy to peel off our ski clothes and get them into the wash at the end of a long day of skiing, followed by a hot shower, then head upstairs for dinner in the well-stocked kitchen and some time relaxing on the sectional sofa in the living room. 「The property was beautiful, the patio was amazing and a perfect venue for morning workouts. We had questions but the quick and easy responses made it a non issue. The hot tub was divine and we enjoyed the cool weather. We definitely will return as it was an amazing location! 」

「The property was perfect for our visit to Steamboat for a wedding. The location could not have been better, allowing us to walk to downtown restaurants and bars, the rodeo, the farmers’ market and an art in the park event. The condo was very clean and well-furnished, and had all the amenities we would expect. 」

「The 1 BR condo unit was adequate for our 3 night stay. There was plenty of drawer space for our luggage items. We were able to cook meals for ourselves. The kitchen was a bit tight to work in. The glassware was a bit limited requiring daily dishwasher runs. It could use a few more amenities like measuring cups and spoons for cooking.The place could use some updating but it worked.」

「The place appeared to be recently renovated and felt cozy for a small space. It did have a lingering smell of cigarettes and the bed linens were stained and had lot of hair. There was also no way to lock the front door from the inside.」

「Had a great time at your place in steamboat close to the city not to far up but still on the resort mountain 」

「The unit manager was very responsive to issues like request to replace awful pillows, however we could hear and were bothered by every sound from unit above including snoring and bathroom fan; there was no network TV, a reasonable expectation for any rental unit and dangerous ice at bottom of stairs due to poor gutter system on roof. Unit is overpriced for quality and amenities. 」

「We stayed for two nights and it was very enjoyable. The property was clean and well maintained. Within walking distance of restaurants and parks. I highly recommend this property. The owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly.」
