“Great place and sweet setup. Easy walk down to the water although it was very high. We brought our own smoker and pizza oven and just lounged around the house and played cornhole and pool. The cat from other reviews I read showed up and hung out all weekend as well. Utilized the hot tub which was clean and easy to operate. Only knock on it is the kitchen sink easily clogs but will drain if you run the dishwasher.”

“There were three of us who stayed here for 5 nights (ages 77, 51, & 13). Great communication, nice clean smelling house, comfy beds, and plenty of room. We had everything we needed right from the start. Nice neighborhood, relatively quiet, nice for walks. My father had never heard of a VRBO rental and was blown away when we walked in. ☺️ Would definitely recommend!!! A+”

“The suite was the perfect location to attend our grandson's high school graduation held at Austin Peay University. The checkin was so simple after a day of flights feom the West Coast and the drive up from Nashville. All the directions and instructions were spot on! Communication was above and beyond!! When it was within the hour to checkout, a tornado warning alert came over our phones and the TV and then the torrential rain. Contacted the Owner and he called me! We stayed and extra 45 minutes……
