「well, we checked in late the first night and then I was told to just come down whenever I woke up to get the key and we ended up getting locked out of our room and I could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk nor the lady at Oiva, which is the company who runs the hotel could not get a hold of anyone to give me our keys so we had to spend one night in our car which they refunded us a night for that but then they charge me twice which our state has been over now and I still haven't received...

「The view from the patio was great. But the bathroom was not clean and adequate supplies (tissue paper, soap, etc.) were not provided. The sheets on the bed were not clean! We will not stay there again.」
