This house is unique and has lots of stairs but we loved it . It was fun to explore and pick out rooms, we enjoyed the dining room for meals and living room for visiting.

wonderful cozy house with amazing views

We loved our stay. The house was very warm and comfy. Lot of rooms for a big family to stay comfortably. Our kiddo loved going up and down the stairs and exploring all the rooms. Deck is a big plus, and views from the deck, windows and balcony are priceless. I would highly recommend it.

Exceptional rental!

This place was incredible! It was a wonderful location, both close to town and felt private. It had Everything we needed for our stay and more! Being right on the beach there were lots of bugs and cobwebs in the house, but they didn’t bother us. We weren’t exactly sure what to do on checkout, but the property and the county beach below were stunning. Our kids said this was the best stay of our vacation and asked if we could move there! Appreciated the text check ins and the extra communications from Vacasa as well.

Whidbey Island Stay

Location worked well while visiting nephew at the Whidbey Island NAS, Ferry to Olympic 20 minutes. If visiting in August caution house does not have A/C unfortunately did not catch that when we booked, and house was not as clean as we would have expected. the views are incredible, great sunsets. No beach access as there is about 160 foot drop. Thank you for the use of your house.

Overall appearance of property was great. The views of the water were breathtaking. The house was very clean and well supplied. Our only complaint was the number of stairs to get to every room. We had a few disabled people in our group, if they had had to stay in the house it would have been very hard for them. we were very pleased with the house.

Great place. Good Stay but could've been better

House was great. Cleanliness was not great. Beds were made, looked cleaned but there weren't. There was hair on the pillow cases and sand in the "freshly" made bed. Floors were sticky under the couch there were beer bottle caps (we don't drink) it was surprising. Other than that.....the location is great. We are only 8 minutes away from town and it has everything you need!

Whidbey Island Beach House Reunion

We really enjoyed the close proximality to the towns and State Parks. Enjoyed the lack of noise, amenities of the kitchen and being able to take the October chill off by using the fireplaces. Our stay was not long enough but it makes us want to plan another reunion. This house would be ideal with families with children 8 years+ as it allows many places to "hang out" without worrying where the kids are. Unfortunately, all of us were 75 and older so the stairs were challenging but manageable. I knew this ahead of time, so it shouldn't be viewed as a negative comment. The sunsets were awesome and fog over the Salish Sea, Smith Island and the Olympics afforded some good photos.

The configuration of the house was difficult with so many stairs in different directions. No counter space in the kitchen. Bathrooms were difficult because of only tub in master and tub in second bathroom had a shower tub combined but was difficult to get in and out. The beds were uncomfortable and some furniture was not attached to bed. Fire pit outside did not work and was dangerous.

Beautiful location near the beach. House is gorgeously situated on a bluff overlooking the San Juan islands and Puget Sound waters. Highly recommended.

It was raining consistently on the day we arrived. We were excited to enjoy the view but notices 2nd floor windows were all dirty/dusty, including its screens. Aside from that, this was family friendly house with close access to the beaches and groceries. Bring your own drinking water as filter in the fridge was taken out which prevents you from using it altogether. It would be great floor was mopped nicely. Our feet got black fast on the 1st day despite we stayed indoors.

Great get-away!

Very roomy & spacious for our family vacation get-away! There were areas to be all together, as well as areas for quiet studying, reading, online school and/or working. Internet worked great too! The outdoor spaces were fantastic as well. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in this lovely home! Highly recommend!

Beach house

Amazing views and located near Coupeville and other tourist attractions. Note that beds only sleep 8 though it lists more, there were only enough utensils for 6, and coffee pot only makes a few cups at a time. House needs tlc...door knob on bathroom just fell off. There are 3 Ring cameras and cleaning lady showed up before we even pulled out of the drive and 40 min before checkout...felt like being watched. No propane in gas tanks for fire or grilling. Lots of potential, so hopefully they keep improving it and remember the details of enough beds, etc for total head count.
