"Great stay for woodville texas, always stay here when im traveling there"

"Everything was decent. It wasn’t very close to the water but not super far. Property is cramped / close to neighbors. Their dogs pooped in the yard and made us pay a pet fee because we did have someone visit with a dog (they picked up after them but we can’t prove it). Take before & after photos and you’ll be okay. It’s expensive for what it is (a large barn shed with finished interior deck) but that’s pretty common these days. It is at least in a gated area. Lights on deck aren’t plugged in (no power close by). No fire pit, but there is a well used Webber grill that works okay. They are pet friendly but make sure you’re app or browser doesn’t hide the option from you because this host be sure to send a second bill."

"Great place, away from neighbors, clean, roomy and just as advertised. Plenty of room for multiple trucks/boats, easy to get in/out and maneuver vehicles on property. "

"This was the best stay! Great location to the fishing tournament, lots of room, perfect for kids, very clean and gorgeous! It was awesome. Staff worked with me on 2 issues I caused and resolved it for me while being courteous and kind! 10 out 10 recommend!!!!"
