Great place near the water

His place was perfect for our spring break trip. Would definitely return. Had all we needed and was a wonderful location.

Great location

The location is wonderful! It’s a super short walk to the beach and doesn’t involve crossing any busy roads. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed for the week. The yard space was nice to walk our dog around. There was a small problem with the floors being quite dirty when we arrived but was quickly remedied with cleaners sent out to re-clean the floors.

Family Beach Vaca w/ Dog

Fine & Sandy was clean and ready early for our arrival. The location was perfect and this pet-friendly house was well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and we just couldn’t have been happier with everything this house offered to us. We highly recommend Fine & Sandy to anyone. Thank you!

So close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Public beach access was just down the road and the pier and restaurants are as well. The house was nice and clean and everything worked as it should. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Beach Getaway!

Fine and Sandy proved to be a perfect beach getaway for our family of four. Our college age kids brought along three friends and we were able to have our dogs join us for some romps on the beach as well! The location is amazing, just steps away from the sand, pier and ocean front restaurants. Each morning, we carried our beach bags and chairs down to the sand and enjoyed full days in the sun. At the end of the day, we were able to shower off in the outdoor shower before cooking up dinner in a well stocked kitchen. The home has a large kitchen table to eat at together and the living room is roomy enough for all seven of us to play games and watch hockey (bummer... the Canes lost). The bedrooms accommodated everyone comfortably, the beds were comfortable and the pillows fluffy. The home has been recently remodeled, feels beachy yet homey. All in all, a great place to stay with a perfect location and all the amenities needed for a nice vacation. Oh, and I brought my hammock and found two perfect trees to hang it and relax in the early evening!
