LOCATION INFO:

Situated on the most beautiful part of Oak Island, Yaupon Beach. The home is located on a direct beach access, approx 100 yards from the ocean, on a quiet south side street that provides ample privacy away from the hustle and bustle.

The house is a 3 minute drive to grocery, ice cream, putt putt, and fresh fish markets, a 3 minute drive (15-20 minute beach walk) to the Oak Island pier, a 5 minute drive to Caswell Beach and Oak Island golf club and 15 minute drive to infamous Southport.

A little more than 30 minutes away, you can visit Wilmington, NC to the north and North Myrtle Beach, SC to the south.

Yaupon Beach offers the remote, peaceful setting that many yearn for, but without being too far from the city.

This is a perfect vacation rental for family gatherings, weddings or friends getting together for a wonderful coastal experience. Any organized groups, teams, or special events such as, but not limited to, a wedding, reception, rehearsal, retreat, tournament or party will include a $995 event fee and a $1750 refundable additional damage deposit.
