308 Keziah is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage that is just steps to the beach. It has been recently updated with new floors and a fresh coat of paint. This property is also within walking distance to local restaurants and shops, and is only a 5 minute drive to a major grocery store. Historic downtown Southport is only a 10 minute drive away. The property is also equipped with laundry, high-speed internet, Wifi, cable television and beach chairs
Town-maintained beach access is about 200 yards from the house and you won't have to pay for parking and the ocean can be seen from the end of the driveway. Come and enjoy time at the beach!

Great stay in oak island
The house is very convenient to restaurants and shops. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk. My teenage daughters really appreciated having their own rooms. Having another mirror in the house would have been nice as having just one made getting ready hectic. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Oak Island.

Perfect Beach Stay!
This was our first time to Oak Island, and Dina’s house was absolutely a perfect place to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice, and what you don’t see, is an awesome mud room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer, double sinks, toilet, shower, and an exterior door to the yard where there’s a outside spigot to rinse off when you come home from the beach. The weather was beautiful, the walk to the beach takes about five minutes, and the porch is great for outdoor eating and just hanging out. We really hope to stay again sometime. Dina was such a super host, even left us a treat box of cookies 😊

Amazing Girls' Trip!
We loved this property! It was a short walk to the beach but we drove since there was public parking so close. We had everything we needed and Dina was very responsive! We didn't have any issues and would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion we have is to add a couple mirrors in the bedrooms since we had all women trying to get dressed at the same time! But I feel these won't be an issue as the remodeling she has been doing is complete!! We greatly appreciate the owner allowing us to stay here and helping to ensure we had a great trip!

Oak Island Vacation
