Clean, friendly staff, moderate accommodations just outside Ojai in Oak View. Things to note: low flow water pressure in the sink and shower. Shampoo & body wash provided in the shower but no conditioner. Hand soap and lotion provided by the sink, all in refillable, attached to wall containers. Can definitely hear the neighbors coming and going, using the stairs.

Bathroom was very clean as far as I could tell. Amenities were body wash and shampoo in the shower, and 4 shower caps on the bathroom counter. Air conditioner and outside street noise were very noisy but I was able to sleep through it. Mattresses are very soft and slept-in, but that's expected at this level of hotel. Office staff were courteous and nice. They'll ask for your car's license plate when you check in for parking purposes.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave in the room was very helpful. Good access to hot shower. Footstep noise from room above was bothersome at 5:30am. Would go for top floor next time.

Overall the hotel is in an excellent shape. I like amenities and the room was very clean. The gentleman that help us at the desk was courteous. There was a Latina lady at the desk, she was not that courteous. I forgot something and the guy that clean my room call me to let me know. That was so nice from him. When I call to pick up the clothes left there was a white lady, not so nice. She told me that she was busy and that the reception of my phone was not good. I think you need to have a better customer service.

Clean, safe and comfy. Breakfast is not breakfast…. Just a bagel and powdered creamer. Hot tub was nice. Staff were friendly. Room was adequate but quite small.

They didn’t have smart tv with limited channels so the children were bored , there is only a jacuzzi no pool . Breakfast is just coffee , bagel or danish , fresh fruit . Room was clean , front desk was very cheery and polite .

Please be aware that if you call ahead and request an early check-in, they charge $25 per hour for the privilege. We're both elderly and wanted to rest before going out. We've never had such a charge before. We did decline. The first gentleman who served us was excellent. He checked us in and also helped us carry our bags in. In the room, neither the refrigerator nor the microwave nor the television was working. When I first called the front desk the woman who answered said there was no one there who could help us. I called again, stating that was unacceptable and so the woman showed up and eventually got things working again. In the meantime, our dinner, which we'd put in the refrigerator before going out and before realizing it wasn't working, had spoiled. The woman ended up being much more friendly and helpful after deciding to finally help us, and so things went smoothly from there on. The place was clean and pretty quiet even though we faced a major road.
