「The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My parents traveled from another state only to be told they couldn’t check in early even though they knew they could. She didn’t acknowledge we were there because she was busy on her phone. We returned at 3pm to check in and again she was rude and told us that she didn’t have a king bed available even though the property had little to no occupancy at the time. So she charged us the same price for a double bed. After taking our...

「The house is very pretty and clean on the inside. No great shakes on the outside, but it is similar to other placer\s we've stayed in Killeen in those terms and is on par with the neighborhood. The host was great, and worked with us on the first night on a few small issues and made sure they were done before cutting out for the night. It also convenient to almost everything, basically 4 minutes to the main highway. I would highly reccommend.」

「Our stay was AMAZING!!! Smooth check in, location was amazing aswell! Private pool!! We were a total of 5 adults and 3 kids all under 8 and it was perfect for us!! Only complain is that TVs are a bit outdated but had fire sticks so you can stream on them, but that wasn't enough to dampen the mood on this beautiful place!! 100% recommend!」
