「What you see, is what you get. Property was beautiful, there were no surprises. Looked exactly like photos. Good instructions on how to use the included equipment(hot tub, fireplace, etc). The high point though? We're still talking about the bed. The bed was so comfortable we almost took it apart to find out what it was 😂. 」

「The place was very clean, it had everything we needed. The area is nice and plenty of walking trails and lakes. The host was nice and accommodating. The building could use more spund proofing as we could hear toddlers and stomping, but other than that everything was perfect. I can't wait to come back again.」

「We went down with family to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Great location. Beautiful lakeside property. Lots of room and seating. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We had a fantastic time and the kids loved the big yard to play in. It is a basement location so was a bit damp in the summer, which is expected with a basement but they had a dehumidifier running in one of the rooms. 」

「we stayed here for four nights with our family event in Halifax. we had a great time. the location is amazing with so much within walking distance but the house is quiet and shielded from outside noise. the history of the home is appealing but it has all the amenities we needed. it is on the second and third floor so you need to be able to do stairs. some of the things important to us: the bedrooms which had air conditioning (3/4) were very comfortable in the summer heat. There were fans to move...

「Very cute little apartment with full kitchen and a tiny patio. We weren't travelling with our pet this time, but it’s very well set up for furry companions, with cat climbing structures and dog beds suitable for smaller to medium sized dogs. It opens onto a busy street, but the Halifax Common is quite close for walks. Despite catering to pets, it was very clean with no odours.」

「This was an ideal place for us to stay - short trip to visit family in the area. We like the convenience of a kutchen to make tea, coffee and quick snacks.
