Welcome to this beautiful newly built 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home! Located in a safe family-oriented neighborhood with close access to freeways and major cities. Great for commuting around the Bay Area. Two car garage, free high speed Wifi, heating/cooling, and in-unit washer/dryer available for use. Private one bedroom on the first floor and balcony on the second floor.

This home is great for professionals, families, and groups of all backgrounds
The space
Please read everything in full BEFORE booking:

**Quiet hours after 10PM. No loud music please.

• You have the entire home to yourselves
• Free high speed Wi-Fi (800 mbps)
• 65" Smart TV in Living room
• 55” Smart TV in Master Bedroom
• Bathrooms include body wash, shampoo, hand soap, towels, and hair dryer
• Kitchen includes cookware and utensils
• In-washer and dryer available + Iron and iron board
• Located in a family oriented neighborhood
• Free two car garage parking
• Open living space and kitchen
• All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms
• Complimentary coffee and bottled water.

**Parking:
Two car garage parking. Free street parking also available. If you are planning on having more than 4 vehicles, please inquiry.

First floor contains one bedroom and one full bathroom. Second floor contains kitchen, living area, balcony, dining area, laundry room, and half bathroom. Third floor contains master bedroom and master bathroom, and second bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

No Pets. No Parties/Events. NO EXTRA GUESTS besides number booked for allowed on property without approval. Quiet hours after 10pm. Strictly enforced. No refunds will be given if house rules are not followed.
