「Could be cleaner, dust, broken sign at entrance. Yard is not a hangout space, no chairs or table (it's a front yard). Overall nice stay for what we wanted. 」

「We had the most perfect stay. The home is roomy yet comfy. There were six of us in town for UC Berkeley grad. Great location , close to campus, just a quick Uber ride . Walking distance to to cute restaurants and coffee shops. Everything worked great and house was clean and ready to go at check in .」

「Well when we got to our stay at 7:30pm it had NOT been cleaned and the 1st thing greeting us was a snotty tissue on the floor! Could NOT contact host which had been a problem since the beginning of this rental process. The 'secure' entry was the door key IN the door lock. No check-in or check-out instructions unless we asked. Owner finally messaged us through the app around 2am. We were forced to stay in the dirty place because we had no where else to go. It was eventually cleaned the next...

「It was easy to make simple things. We did borrow a coffee filter we prefer pour over coffee. But everything in the rooms was pleasant and the place was clean. Nice views of hills and the yard also the flat is close to many transportation options, and so walkable to alot of great food and coffee! 」

「5 of us had a lovely stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful, great for walks for our dogs, and had a really nice outdoor for the dogs to play in. The house was nice and clean especially since this is a pet friendly listing - I was shocked at how well kept the place was. Check out was extremely easy, and our host Nikil was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay here again 100%!」

「Lana was great. Location was close to interstate and easy to navigate around the area. Two king beds were great and the other room has 2 beds. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Lana was amazing. She repsonded quickly to all our questions and needs. Not sure when we will come this way again but will stay here if we do!」
