「Lana was great. Location was close to interstate and easy to navigate around the area. Two king beds were great and the other room has 2 beds. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Lana was amazing. She repsonded quickly to all our questions and needs. Not sure when we will come this way again but will stay here if we do!」

「Check in was fast, everything but the floor was spotless, the beds were so so soft and perfect, I wish I had one myself. My only concern was that the listing said it was two bedrooms, which is a bit inaccurate. The twin bed is actually on the back porch so it isn't private or very safe with the back door right there, especially since some of that door in particular needs some handiwork or an extra lock. Overall this is a beautiful well-kept house in a beautiful neighborhood. 」

「Well when we got to our stay at 7:30pm it had NOT been cleaned and the 1st thing greeting us was a snotty tissue on the floor! Could NOT contact host which had been a problem since the beginning of this rental process. The 'secure' entry was the door key IN the door lock. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out.
