"This was the biggest most spacious hotel room we’ve ever seen in Japan. There were 4 of us and it was plenty spacious for us. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and everything was super clean. Breakfast was extensive…from pastries to chicken and even fish. Loved everything about this place ."

"Our room was in the Garden side (low rise), older unit with no air fan control. Need to open the window for fresh air. Breakfast was fantastic especially the freshly made French toast. We enjoyed the Japanese breakfast as well. "

"We were placed in a smoking area again. Narita’s Toyoko Inn’s room is smaller than the one we had in Osaka. I will visit again since it is overall clean and their breakfast buffet is great. I’ll just be specific next time to make sure we get the non-smoking. I wonder if the new extension in Narita is bigger"
