One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). 「If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit. Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms. The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings.
