“We visited Gainesville for 5 days and the condo met all our needs. The condo is located in a very quiet neighborhood which we appreciated since we are senior citizens. Check in and Check out were extremely easy. Every possible store you might need is within 15 minutes. The host was very kind and timely. Definitely a redo should we return to Gainesville in the future.”

“Very clean, well maintained apt. The bed was way too soft for me. Had to sleep on the couch which was a high end, luxurious soft leather couch. Info in notebook was very helpful. It's quite a walk to UF campus . Glad I had a car.”

“The condo area was like you are in a public housing project. Very unsafe feeling. You could see daylight thru the door jamb and the toilet was full of mold. I have pictures for both. We had a problem with dishwasher & when someone came to check it the plug was shooting sparks & required an electrician. The out door area was very run down. Unfortunately the only pics they show are from inside. Lesson learned.”
