I didn’t stay at the property. I intended to make a reservation for four nights at Hotel Plaza Mayor in Madrid, but mistakenly reserved for four nights at the unrelated Hotel Plaza Mayor in Toledo. I called the hotel to fix the mistake, but they refused to refund any of my four nights’ charges, and I had to pay for that as well as four nights’ stay at a different hotel in Madrid.

En general es un hotel con instalaciones normales , nada destacable como muy bueno, la puerta de la habitación bastante antigua con alguna dificultad para echar la llave , tiene un servicio para desayuno principalmente, auto servicio , hay rebanadas de pan gratis y el resto lo sacas de la máquina de vending, la cápsula de café , el aceite , jamón etc. al final te sale más caro que salir fuera a desayunar.

Muy buena ubicación por ser céntrico, y estar, entre otros, la Plaza Mayor muy cerca. La limpieza y el personal, fabuloso. Por decir un “pero”, el tema CHECK IN, que obligatoriamente sea a las 15h. Por lo demás, todo OK.

A la entrada y viendo los pasillos y puerta de la habitación, temíamos lo peor, las habitaciones están recién reformadas, televisión con multitud de canales, muy cómodo y amplio.
