Located in Occhiatana, this 20 m² chalet can accommodate up to 2 people and has a bedroom with a mountain view. You will have a private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, and a dedicated workspace. An optional continental breakfast is served on your terrace during your stay.



Enjoy the shared outdoor pool open seasonally, as well as the garden and terrace. A barbecue is at your disposal for outdoor meals in the peaceful setting of this property bordered by a river.

You will stay in an elegant setting within an equestrian estate, just 3 minutes by car from a paradise beach. The property offers opportunities for hiking, fishing, golf, and cycling nearby. The owner, a breeder of mini Shetlands and riding instructor, will share her passion for horses with you. Losari beach is 3 km away, Codole lake is 7 km away, and the town of Ile Rousse is 10 minutes by car. The nearest airport is 30 km away. The location is ideal between sea and mountains, offering a calm, romantic, and relaxing environment.
