"A guest beneath us smoked marijuana for over an hour, and the smoke filled our room while we had our 8-month-old baby with us. We called the front desk twice and nothing was done. When my husband spoke to the front desk manager , she was rude and unprofessional and did not handle the situation appropriately. The issue was only addressed after escalation, but by then our stay was already disrupted. We also followed up afterward and did not receive a proper resolution."

"Room was clean and well supplied. Facility was clean but parking lot needed cleaning. Breakfast was good but the garbage cans were often overflowing. "

"Not what I expected considering it had high 9 stars! Elevator, hall ways had a strange smell, pool and hot tub areas were dirty. The room its self was ok but the bathroom was not cleaned well. Breakfast was sub-par, eggs were mushy and fishy tasting needless to say didn't eat them. "
