「We enjoyed our stay! Everything was in working order and clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the open kitchen/living space area. We had to do some cleaning of the patio furniture but once that was taken care of, we enjoyed the back patio each day. Bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed, although it would be helpful to include foil and saran wrap in the kitchen. Bottom line, we would stay here again. 」

The views are absolutely spectacular, the location is perfect for quiet beaches, easy to difficult hikes and gourmet to funky restaurants overlooking the Russian River. The cottage has an incredible wrap around porch, outdoor barbeque fire pit area and wonderful indoor ambience that included a fully stocked kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, beautiful shower with heated toilet seat, high wooden ceilings and fantastic brick fireplace with a big flat screen...

「This property was just what I needed for the 5 days of training I had in near-by Sebastopol. After a full day I was so thankful to return to the quiet, comfortable and peaceful apartment to make dinner and rest. The couch was my favorite, so cozy!
