「The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans coffee maker and oven large enough to cook for 2. That was disappointing. Maintenance came out while we were there and they were very professional, friendly and efficient. The location was fabulous. If you are a party of 3 or larger I would recommend bringing your own cookware or crock pot... I had to ask for a broom to keep sand swept up and there was no sponge or dishsoap... So bring that as well. Had I been more prepared with those items it would...

「It’s a one bedroom condo near the beach - no frills. Property has a pool which was a plus - but the condo community property manager should have it cleaned more often and add some clarifier to clear the water. Have to have quarters for laundry. Place was exactly as posted - fit our family of four nicely. Easy walk to the beach and quiet at night. A little pricey with all the extra fees but oh well - we planned last minute.」

「I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything.」
