「The house was in a great position, walked to the beach and coffee shop just around the corner. The house was freshly painted and had good heating and plenty of room for our large group. We imagine staying in the summer months would be lovely with the decking and views.」

「Great property for big groups. We were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids (between 3 and 9). The kitchen is very complete and spacious. 2 living areas, and plenty of beds.The outdoor area is very big so the kids can run free. And 3 minutes away from supermarkets. 」

「Had a lovely time at the Farm Cottage. It's not only a pretty home, it's also been really thoughtfully kitted-out. It's always nice when a place has clearly been set up with liveability in mind. The kitchen was really well equipped. Any supplies we needed were available. Plenty of nice places to visit nearby. You won't find many better 2-bedroom stays around.」

「We had a great family getaway and were very impressed with this property. It was beautiful with big spacious areas, great outdoor area and very clean throughout. Communication with property manager was very straight forward and prompt replies. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you!」

「Stayed here with 9 friends and felt like we had heaps of room. Garage/games room is lightly sound deadened which is good if you’re having a rather competitive game of pool. Only downside I found is that in the photos it looks like the bbq is on the balcony, but it’s actually by the front gate. Otherwise an excellent and well equipped property that we would happily hire again. Thanks guys 」

「We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour...

「Fantastic stay at Anthony’s house. A relaxing home that had everything we needed, comfortable beds, tennis court and great location to walk to town with kids. Kids have rated it 11/10. Recommend and we will be back!」

「The house was exceptionally clean. It has been updated with white clean , beachy decor. The beds were very comfortable. Great having the airconditioner in lounge and bedrooms.Great having an ensuite and another bathroon.」

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
