"Walking into the lobby you think its going to be a good hotel. Once you leave the lobby, it's a completely different scene. Hallways are run down and dirty and smell. Rooms are extremely small, black mold, unknown substance in the bathtub, hair on shower walls, food and stains behind the night stands. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the closeness to the beach and the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was disgusting. Dirty, no filter going, no smell of chlorine, stuff floating and was so cloudy with who knows what. Hot tub was the same way. The bathroom in the pool area was unuseable. We ended up going to the front desk and told them we were checking out. The lady wanted to come inspect our room and the pool to see the issues. She acted like nothing was wrong but called management and agreed to refund us. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. "

"First got there hair in the bed garbage left in corners the beds were not comfortable at all. Windows dirty couldn’t see out. Breakfast was ok card keys wouldn’t always work kept going to front desk to change them. Probably won’t stay there again."

"The pool was a must for the grandkids and they loved it and the hot tub. The continental breakfast had everything that we adults enjoyed and the kids too! Well located right next to Sharky's and plenty of parking!"

"Office staff was great, pool was great, little cold but y'know it's a pool lol They were fast to fix the shower that sprayed the ceiling, that was nice. But the toilet backed up, and I told the staff that was outside my room, and they brought me a plunger to do it myself. I didn't want to be responsible for it if something went wrong, that was bizarre to me. The heater seemed to only blow room temp air, not hot air so I called for extra blankets, and they brought them very fast so that was great. They did their best with what they had for breakfast. They dealt with a lot of Karen's from what I seen myself. So aside from being told to plunge it myself (only number one in there, no number two lol) and a cold heater, it was a good stay. The office staff was a good chat and helpful with everything we needed, and was great at keeping up with breakfast rushes and pool needs etc. I'll stay there again :) and we saw deer from our window in the mornings"
