If you are looking for stunningly beautiful sunsets right on the beach, this is it! Our spot creates relaxed romance from dawn to dusk where entertaining is easy, comfort reigns supreme and natural beauty is the essence of style. Our location in Oceano puts you directly on the beach, 5 minutes to wineries and the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, and 5-10 minutes to Pismo and Avila Beaches. The Central Coast rivals the Napa Valley featuring more than 200 wineries and vineyards in the region. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, and faires of all types.

This property is ideal for families, and for those wine enthusiasts interested in sharing the cost of a beautiful home and property by bringing a group of 2-3 couples, several families or a group of friends.

This spacious condo is family owned and is a two-story home that has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, a very open & large kitchen, and family and dining area. The condo is situated on the beach with generous room to relax and enjoy!

The Master Suite features a four poster hand carved queen bed with luxurious bedding including 500 thread count sheets, chenille blanket and oh so comfy pillows. It also has a cozy sitting area for reading or watching TV on the flatscreen. The bath with this bedroom includes a vanity, and a walk-in shower.

The second large bedroom suite is equipped with a five twin beds with silky sheets. This bedroom also offers a flat screen TV. The attached bathroom includes a tub shower combination.

The third sleeping area highlights a queen pull out bed as well as a second bed. Downstairs also offers a full bathroom with the walk-in shower. This is great for families to be able to have a full sleeping area down stairs along with a third full bathroom.

The dining and living area is open and airy with a large dining table, a long bar with five barstools for dining. Relax in the main living area that boasts a flat screen TV, overstuffed chenille couch and gas log fireplace. The home includes all linens, blankets, deluxe coffee maker, cooking and utensils, and beach towels. We do accept pets (see the additional pet amount on prices page). Please note that this location is on Oceano Beach which allows vehicles and ATV's on the beach

Family of four, five day stay

The condo was very clean. Well stocked with kitchen items, bath towels, and throw blankets. Lots of choices for where to sleep and lots of places to sit. Great view of the beach/ocean. Having two parking spaces available in the underground garage was also a plus. This is a large two bedroom condo that feels very spacious, and having three full bathrooms was very nice. The kitchen is large. The dining room table would seat seven and there are five barstools for additional seating. The daybed in the living room is huge and a very comfortable place to sit and read a book, watch a movie, take a nap, or sleep in at night. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, however, my young adult children did not think the twin mattresses on the bunk beds were very comfortable for adult size bodies. They would probably be fine for little kids. The gate code to the parking garage provided to us in the check in email instructions was incorrect. Also, this condo is on the beach but there were no beach towels available. Luckily, I had brought my own. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

Great location for family getaway

Property is well suited for families with two full bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a full bath downstairs and large dining table for meals, games, etc.. Downstairs also had a "couch" that was the size of a double bed and very comfortable. Had beach access and beautiful views from living area and master bedroom. It was great to step right out to the beach for walks/work-outs.There is a lot of vehicle traffic on the beach, but that was one of the reasons we chose this location (close to the ATV park) so did not impact our visit. Noise was not a problem (the surf was louder than any vehicle noise) and vehicles were only out during the day. Outside furniture was too wet to use on our visit due to recent rain.Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals although the ice machine and dispenser in the fridge/freezer wasn't working and neither was the gas fireplace. TVs were connected to streaming services through Roku, but needed to use our accounts to access. Could not access network TV or get TV working on any service in kids' bedroom, but that may have been user error. Bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. Furniture was comfortable.Had technical difficulties with garage gate and the front door access, but owner responded right away and we worked it out. Be sure to bring your own shower soap, shampoo, conditioner & Kleenex as none was provided, but there was hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.Overall, a nice place for a beach getaway.

Amazing house right on the beach

We had such a great stay. It was amazing being right on the beach! The house was beautiful and was thoughtfully prepared with everything you would need. Very spacious. We appreciated the 3 full bathrooms. The host was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again!

Oceano Dream

This is the third summer in a row we have stayed at this condo, this year staying for 10 days instead of 7. We love its location, right on the sand and ocean! We walk down the beach two miles and are in downtown Pismo, we can drive a few miles and be at wonderful hiking trails, or we can stay put because the beach is beautiful. Both Slappy's and Juans are a must visit for food! We appreciate Tammy being responsive to our needs and taking good care of us! We are already planning for next year!
