I first saw the front area & thought how nice it was with really nice patio furniture, & a large yard for my dog.Walked inside & was pleasantly surprised… it was so cute & clean with nice stove & side by side refrigerator with ice maker. Huge king size bed. Had friends come by & they were impressed. We had a great time.

Safe, clean, and great location. The owner was very quick to respond with anything we needed and incredibly accommodating. We never had an issue with parking and were in close proximity to so many good restaurants and the beach. We have two children under the age of 4 and the house and front yard was perfect for them to play in. Would recommend!

Definitely not 3 minute walk to beach!

The nearest access is not a usable beach for sitting, we walked a mile to get usable beach and depending on tide may be further. Needless to say that was disappointing. The property is cute, but not in best location. It also could use a deep cleaning and some repairs. Umbrella was stuck on patio, broken/missing shutter on window, I had to clean the wall behind garbage can in kitchen(yuck) Also, only one adult bike and a child’s bike was available to use…not equipment shown in photos. While the property said no smoking it didn’t prevent the direct neighbor from smoking in their courtyard which prevented us from keeping out windows open. And that direct neighbor is right on top of you…Definitely needs a privacy a bit higher in between for comfort. It’s a shame, because it really could be a cute place, but I wouldn’t stay again with all these issues in place.

Awesome cottage near the beach!

We loved our stay here with our dogs! It was me and my daughter and our two pups! The beach was walking distance along with many places to dine and hangout! It was stocked with bikes, and all the beach stuff! Owner was super easy to reach and very pleasant to deal with! We will stay here again!
