I would defiantly recommend staying here! It is a great place and has an amazing view. It has a lot of great store and places to eat near by. The host is very nice and kept in touch with me my whole trip. I defiantly will be staying here again.

Clean, convenient, great location to the pier and the beach

Lauren was a wonderful host, and provided great recommendations, and even met us in person for a late check-in. We had a great time exploring the beach, the pier, Thursday Farmers Market and Sunset Market, and watching the surfers. Very relaxing week!

The property was great. The owner has thought of everything from beach chairs to grills. Location is great near the ocean, half mile walk to the beach.

Small but nice

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was amazing, right on the ocean and there is a walking path along the water right out of the parking area. They provided beach chairs, coffee/creamer, and free laundry which was a nice surprise!! It is definitely small but for just two nights it was perfect for us!

Perfect location

This unit was very quaint and sweet. It had perfect views and it was in such a wonderful location. Close to Da6n Diego and.other beach cities. Lauren was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Definitely come back when in the area.

Awesome little place near the beach

Great little one bedroom place right by the water with great views of the ocean. Plus, the place was clean and the bed was comfortable. What more do you need? Lauren, the property manager, was great at offering suggestions for local restaurants or other things happening around town. We have friends that live in the area, so we will definitely stay here again.

Loved my solo time away. Everything within walking distance. Amazing views. Lots of walking on the strand. Loved sitting out on my deck soaking it all in. Simply appointed. Comfortable bed.

Everything you need!

Lauren at Pacific Vacation Rentals was the BEST. The communication was above and beyond! #3 Villa was perfect - we couldn't have dreamed up a better location, it was adorable inside and comfy!, it had everything we needed and more (& we even had to do a zoom cooking demo for work!), the bed was comfy, the live plants were a great touch, we love the balcony off the back (front?!), the laundry room was perfect for an extended stay, the parking spot is great (+ the street parking is so easy too!). All around a perfect spot, and we will be back! I miss hearing the waves already!

Perfect spot!

We stayed in unit 3 which has a nice south view directly to the beach and the water. Open all the doors and windows and the sound of the waves is amazing. The units are nicely updated without losing the 1940s charm of the original building. Very happy with our choice. The parking area is tight--especially if you are someone who has difficulty backing up in the best of circumstances--like me. My first attempt to get out with two other cars parked was comical. Parking on Pacific St. is definitely the way to go! Lauren is super helpful. Ask for anything and she's there to help. Very nice weekend on the coast.

Amazing Oceanside escape!

Wow! What Jem! First off, Lauren is the best hostess!! We didn’t really want to write a review, because we don’t want this spot being booked solid & miss the chance to come back. We absolutely loved our recent OS vaca! It was cloudy 4 out of the 6 day’s of our trip, but that didn’t bother us a bit, because our unit was super cute, very up to date/fresh & has the perfect view of the ocean. Having the comforts & conveniences of home, 2 outdoor gas grills, in unit gas stove & oven, frig, not a mini bar frig by the way, we were able to hit a couple of stores, come back, kick back & enjoy our lil patio. We had coffee on our patio & watched the dolphins or surfers every morning & drinks at night. Luckily, on our last 2 nights we saw the most beautiful CA sunsets. A true slice of heaven! We brought along our bicycles to explore the area & Lauren was very kind & gave us many options on the property to keep them secure. They actually fit perfectly on our patio. Lauren also gave us suggestions for OS activities, markets, restaurants to try throughout our stay & they were all awesome. We can’t thank Lauren enough for being so friendly & available to us throughout our stay. We love this beautiful property & hope to be back next year or sooner if at all possible. Jim & Sharon M.

My daughter and I loved this cute little place! We really enjoyed spending time on the deck looking at the beautiful ocean views. Close to town so we were able to walk to the local shops & restaurants. The property manager was a great communicator & was super helpful. We will be back!

Cute little place with great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Weather was cool (cold to us) and we couldn't find the space heater. Called management who told us where to find it. Internet went down overnight and again, management came right over and got us back up and running. Location is fantastic. Your view of the ocean is fantastic and it's close enough to everything downtown that we left the car and just walked everywhere.

Beautiful Location

First time staying at this location, and had a wonderful time. Another couple came with us and stayed in the condo next to ours. The property was just as the described in the listing, which was great. We received texts from the management company as to being able to check in early, which was great. They also sent text every day with suggestions of places to eat locally. The location is wonderful, as we stayed in the apartments in the back of the property which had a great view of the ocean, yet was off the street where everyone walked, rode their bikes and the cars going by. It was close enough to places to eat and the beach to stake out your spot for the day. It is a small condo, but perfect for two people. It is well equipped with kitchen utensils and wares, if want to make coffee, meals or just heat up leftovers. They have beach chairs and umbrella for your use. We did use the umbrella, but didn't want to carry the chairs to the beach. Our only change would be to suggest is a new mattress, as it was rather lumpy. All, in all, we would definitely consider staying the again!!
