「Like being in someone's beautiful home in a convenient location to the ocean, restaurants, groceries etc. the house was clean and well stocked for household essentials and all of the things to get you going in the morning until you grocery shopped. 「Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!」

「Mary's Beach House is ideally located one block from the sand. It was very easy to walk everywhere - the pier, the harbor, and downtown for the Night Market.
