「Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields.」

「The location itself was quiet and there was plenty of parking availble even during the holidays which was a surprise. Inside was clean and was exacrly like the photos. Massah was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. There's also a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants alll within 5 minutes of the property. Overall, it was exactly what we needed! Highly recommend and would definitely book again.」

「Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...

「We stayed in this amazing home for Thanksgiving week. You cannot beat the location or views, and it is walking distance to tons of great coffee shops and restaurants!The home is clean, well equipped, and communication with the owner was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor seating and especially the fire pit! We ended up hosting Thanksgiving (unplanned) and the table easily sat all 11 of us, with plenty of space to lounge and play games after. A great trip!」
