“Just needed a one night stay. But met all our needs for the time we were there.”

“They need an update. Nice people, but a rusty ring around the bath drain was off-putting, and the toilet paper was so thin as to almost be clear. The biggest pillow on the bed had a wrinkled pillowcase that almost looked like someone had laid on it, and their air-freshener was…weird. Breakfast was fine and like I said, staff was nice.”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty and clearly not properly maintained. There were roaches in the room, hair left in the shower, and the toilet was broken from the moment we checked in. To make matters worse, the pictures online looked nothing like the actual property. The hotel was outdated, unclean, and extremely disappointing compared to what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. Completely misleading……

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Breakfast is very good. Front desk people service is nice and shuttle bus drivers is very friendly and very nice his name is Angel. I love this hotel. We will come back next trip ”
