「I paid enough that I thought we were splurging on a room. However, the room was advertised to accommodate 5, but clean bedding was not available for the pullout bed. When asked for sheets we received a mattress pad and a small robe. On the 2d attempt we got a fitted sheet, a blanket and an explanation that the washing machine was broken. Plus, we were not informed upon check-in that Expedia doesn't collect the resort fees so that was an added charge at check-out. We won't return.」
