"We loved the location of the property. It is in a very quiet area on the island and Derek has thought of everything one could possibly need. We felt like the house was bigger than it appeared in the listing. Having the golf cart at the house was huge and saved us a few hundred dollars by not having to rent one. Derek was great to work with. My truck had to get towed off the island but he sent someone to the house to try to assist to fix the problem. We’ve really couldn’t have asked for a better host or house."

"The Sound House exceeded all our expectations! Pictures don't do it justice. The traditional beach cottage has lovely decor, a well-equiped kitchen, and a wonderful view and access to the sound. We loved being able to launch our kayaks from the backyard. We having been coming to the island for 35+ years and this is now our favorite cottage. Perfect for a couple's getaway!"

"We loved everything about this adorable cottage! It was well stocked and had lovely decor. There are four bedrooms and a fenced in yard for dogs. The screened porch is prefect for morning coffee and listening to the birds. There is privacy all around and in such a great location."
