1 bedroom and 2 Sleeping Areas, 2 Baths: First floor bedroom with King and bath with clawfoot tub. The second floor is separated into two sleeping areas. One side has a king bed and the other side has two twins. There is no door to close off the upstairs.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 cable TVs, one in the living room and one in the upstairs den. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a spacious, furnished screened porch, hot/cold outdoor shower, gas grill, and fenced side/rear yard with sundeck.
