Allen/Franco Engagement Celebration
**Review:**
The house was very well appointed and in an amazing location. Being within walking distance from our future in-laws' home made everything incredibly convenient. The online check-in process was perfect. However, the communication with the realty company over the phone was unacceptable, with poor customer service.
The house could use a bit of attention in some areas. The master bathroom downstairs needs updating, and there should be a focus on spraying for ants and roaches. The refrigerator needs to be replaced, a filtered water system would be appreciated. Additionally, a longer hose would be useful for hosing off vehicles after the beach. A better vacuum cleaner would also be appreciated and a mop.
On a positive note, the sink and spray head were amazing, dishwasher was really quiet and the dishes, pots, and pans were fantastic. Overall, the house was very well appointed, making for a pleasant stay despite a few minor issues.
