"ゴキブリホイホイにたくさんのゴキブリがかかっているのを見てしまいショックだった。
鍵のケースの番号を事前に知らされなかった。
当日宿に行くと鍵ケースのロックがかかっていた。幸運にもすぐに正しい番号を当てて開けられたが、危うく入れないところ だった。また、鍵が取れなくて困っている時に管理者に電話をしたが、出られなかったのも焦った。"

"客室は清潔、スタッフは大変丁寧でした。昭和レトロな外観とエントランスのあと案内された室内は大変良くリノベーションされた空間でした。洗面所を挟んで区切られた別室は朝方の私とギリギリまで寝ている同伴者の生活パターンにマッチして大変良かったです。無料電気マッサージ機、無料コーヒーなどもあり、大浴場は平日ということもあって貸切状態でした。何よりも温泉の質が大変良かったです。出雲大社から徒歩圏内でお勧めです。"
