"This was a fraudulent charge in my account!"

"Location, location, location. Excellent breakfast, great rooms, will stay again!!!"

"A pleasant hotel to stay at. Only open 3 months now. Rooms a a little small yet that is to be expected at most European hotels. According to hotels.com site on this hotel there was suppose to be free bottled water yet the front desk says they do not offer this. It was even listed on the hotels website yet still not offered. It's only a minor item. Some construction still going on in the resturant yet did not interfere with our stay. Minibar in the room was not supplied, just an empty fridge. The...

"Amazing hotel, would love to stay here again when everything in Uktraine settles down!"

"It was a nice place, by the beach. Breakfast wasn't great, but okay. We had a room with a private pool, which was very cool. But the bed was tiny, so my friend had to sleep on the couch, which wasn't even a pullout"

"Perfect location, friendly staff. "

"Everything here is wonderful, especially the warm friendly, English speaking staff. It's right on the beach, great bar upstairs with awesome live music. The only drawback maybe that it's 5-10 minutes cab for about 100-200 UAH to the city center depending on where you want to go or a nice 30 minute walk? I highly recommend M-1 Club Hotel. If you don't like a little noise from the music at the Prosecco Bar on the 6th floor than I would recommend staying on the 4th floor or a lower level, or just...

"The hotel was very nice in all respects, yet the amenity that is very important to me that was not there was a water kettle or coffee machine in room."

"Very helpful staff!"

"Good value from a nice location, friendly staff"

"Good hotel with everything you need inside, stuff is friendly. Only downside is, I was there at the end of the season so some facilities were not available ."

"A beautiful and historic hotel which was surprisingly pleasant considering the very affordable price."

"Great location"

"There was a glitch that didn’t update their system and the reservation, they upgraded me to a larger room to make it right. Great Hotel and excellent customer service."

"Was amazing stay. Will come back. "

"Great staff, and location "

"A really good hotel with big rooms and nice people: really good place to be!"

"Center location, clean, friendly staff"

"The hotel is in the middle of something close to a cross between a theme park and a clubbing centre - it is incredibly noisy and crowded all day and until late at night. There are, according to the hotel, no quiet rooms, because they are surrounded by this district, so there is loud 'clubbing' noise in the rooms until late at night. This means it is no place for anyone wanting to actually sleep at night, in spite of this bing expensive for the region. Additionally, there are no blackout blights...

"I love this hotel, beautiful decor, comfortable clean beds, housekeeping is very attentive..it's very centrally located yet cleverly hidden for privacy. The staff is highly personable. Very tasty breakfast. See you soon again! "
