「Excellent location and friendly staff」

「Great hotel in the center of Odessa. Kind and welcoming staff. Highly recommended 」

「5 stars hotel with very high user rating and expensive price raised expectations. But very disappointing for the price in Ukraine you can get way better for cheaper even in war time 」

「Very simple and loved it」

「It was a great stay. Thank you.」

「非常好！」

「This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had a very positive experience. It is a small, beautiful hotel in the center of Odesa, very close to everything and just steps from the Opera House. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman working at reception, who was extremely welcoming and always ready to assist. Unfortunately, during my stay Odesa experienced a major attack that caused serious disruptions, and the hotel was without running water for almost 48 hours....

「Fabulous location, great hotel and SUPER staff members...breakfast was SUPERB!!」

「It's a bit loud since there is a bar next door, but it stops around 22:00. All and all a great place.」

「Lovely view of main street in City Center. Cilpo is next door.」

「Staff were fabulous, even carried my bag to the room up 3 flights of stairs...made sure that I was safe and that the taxi showed up on time whenever i ordered it!」

「Super godt værelse tæt ved vandet. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende. Restauranten ligger godt, med fantastisk udsigt, og maden er god.」
