「Awesome experience, everything we need and very nice people」

「Both the host and amenities.(See comments in original post)」

「Very clean room, in a beautiful area. Very secure and convenient location」

「Place was great and sits on hole 2 of Copperhead. The only catch is the property has no elevator, and the room is on the 3rd floor.」

「Instructions d’arrivée et de séjour excellentes avec l’hôte. Propreté excellente également. Excellent rapport qualité/prix! Nous recommandons chaudement」

「Comfortable clean accommodations with a wonderful view of the bay. We did not have a car but used Uber extensively at reasonable cost. Several restaurants a short walk from Seaport.」

「The condo is very clean, beds are comfortable, and it has washer and dryer. Good kitchen appliances. It is on a second floor and there are no elevators. It is not near the beach. It is more near the central area of Clearwater with easy access to all that is around this area to enjoy.」

「We have stayed at Carmen's properties at the Avalon 5 times. That says it all, excellent in all categories」

「Perfect stay on a great resort. Will definitely stay again.」

「Great place to stay. Pool, bar restaurant an beaches near by.」

「Everything was amazing!!! Only reason for a four star is the water pressure. I know it’s not something the host can help especially since it’s on the third floor. Only other thing is the lighting outside. You can’t see the keypad but the lights do turn on at 8:30pm, again not sure the host can help with that! My boys loved it here! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home!」

「Great cleanliness」

「It was a nice apartment and was perfect for what we were looking for, but honestly a bit ridiculous that the hosts don’t provide basic things like toilet paper/dish soap... I received the message after it’s time for check-in that there was enough for the first day but after that we’re required to buy our own. I already have to wash the dishes and clean the house before leaving, at least provide the means to do so… Or make it clear on your page before booking that you won’t. Feels a bit like...

「Communication with property manager was great. The listing says there is a washer and dryer but its not. The property is in a great location the only problem is there is a roach infestation. We killed soo many roaches while there and there were even baby roaches.」

「Clean room」

「Clean room. Clean grounds. Security.」

「Nice and clean rooms and nice service. Enjoyed our stay. Would come back.」

「Great location! Host was in communication throughout the stay and offered great recommendations for local must-try restaurants. I only wish I had booked a longer trip! Room was clean and beach was perfect. Will stay again soon!」

「Beautiful property, only complaint was the property doesn’t have a sitting area due to the hurricane over a year ago. Also, the bed is very high off the ground in the bedroom. Otherwise the property is nice.」
