1. Das Servicepersonal ist nicht freundlich und nicht höflich, aber abstoßend, arrogant. 2. Es gibt nur 4 Arten von Frühstück (siehe Menü). Oft nicht frisch, nicht lecker und wenn Sie länger als ein paar Tage dort bleiben, möchten Sie es einfach nicht einmal essen. 3. Die Zimmer für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sind sehr dreckig. 4. Der Innenraum ist billig, alt und abgenutzt. Siehe Foto. 5. Das Highlight dieser Einrichtung ist jedoch das Badezimmer: Die Toilettendeckel (natürlich ohne Automatisierung) sind von so schlechter Qualität, dass sie sich seitlich bewegen und die Halterungen so dünn sind, dass der Kreis und der Deckel praktisch in der Luft hängen. Und das Schlimmste ist, dass dieser billige Kunststoff es nicht aushält und am zweiten Tag des Aufenthalts in diesem Zimmer einfach beim Toilettenbesuch platzt. Völlige Schande und Albtraum. Nachdem wir entsetzt waren über das, was passiert war, wurde uns das Cover in Höhe von umgerechnet 30 € in Rechnung gestellt und durch dasselbe ersetzt, aber noch älter, schmutzig und offen, siehe Video. 6. Alles, angefangen von einer gekröpften Seifenkiste, die schließlich auch runterfiel und deren Rechnung ungefähr 25 € betrug, bis hin zu einem Toilettenpapierhalter, ist sehr wackelig, taumelnd und rasselnd. Übrigens ist das Papier so niedrig 7. Die Dusche ist alt, es fehlen Teile (siehe Foto) und der Strom fließt in die falsche Richtung. 8. Das Waschbecken im Doppelzimmer ist einfach nur eine Miniatur von denen, die normalerweise in den Gäst

Terrible Hotel, stay away, not a 5 star.

Terrible room, no view Not as advertised. I was put in room 204 with body sized carpet stains. I refused to stay there, they offered an upgrade, the room was falling apart, carpet was old and torn, the bathroom stunk, the sheets had holes in them. The staff was not helpful at all and charged us for everything even after we voiced our concerns.

Disgusting smell and appalling service

Appalling. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Bathroom that smelt like a sewer and what makes matters worse the shear lack of concern for your customers stay. No electricity on 2 occasions. This is not a hotel I could possibly recommend to anyone. You state it’s a 4 star hotel and I’ve stayed in 2 star hotels with better service and having travelled to over 50 countries in the last 30 years including many trips to the Ukraine this perhaps rates as one of my worst experiences. Problems do arise ,granted however to have management completely disregard the customer experience tells it’s own story. Very very poor

Great place to relax.

Great place! More room and more private than the big hotel. Overlooking the beach. Spa and 24hr room service. Helpful and friendly staff. I arrived early and they put my luggage in storage and I went to the outdoor dining room and bar and relaxed until my room was ready.

The hotel had a beautiful setting right on the Sea. Everyone in the staff was super friendly and even took a little extra time knowing that i did not speak the local langueage. I look forward to going back again soon.

Der Aufbau des Hotels mit Großen Poll und Fitness Areal ist sehr einzigartig. Arcadia ist gut zu erreichen. Ein Stand ist auch nur sehr nahe am Hotel. Leider im ganzen Hotel etwas Chlore Geruch aus dem Schwimmbad. Die Hotel Bar wird durch das Schwimmbad sehr aufgeheizt im Sommer eventuell ein Vorteil wenn die bar durch das Schwimmbad gekühlt wird.

The property. Was good generally the room had a number points which did work shower. I had to use the hand shower the carpet was dirty and not clean any day I was there. Lights bulbs also needed replacement But the staff in the restaurant were Excellent The pool is fantastic

Not worth the money

Not worth the money. Dirty area, construction noise, super overcrowded, smoke filled and loud beach. Restaurant prices sky high with lower than average food quality. My best advise, bring your own towels in case you choose this hotel because if anything happens to theirs, you'll be charged some decent price worth 1 night at the hotel.. Overall, not a family friendly hotel due unsafe setting and construction. Would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Hotel in sehr guter Lage und super Terrasse !!!

Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Wenige Meter bis zum grössten Strandgebiet von Odessa. Wunderschöne grosse Terrasse zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Hotel kann mit gutem Gewissen gebucht werden.

Not so good at all

I booked three nights in this hotel hoping to get the kind of service I was looking for. I've stayed in many different hotels around the World. I've stayed in a Stella hotel had a very nice rating and customer reviews, but in reality here's what happened: 1) Phone was not working. Technician came in and spoke to me in a very impolite way like I was somebody who owed him a lot of money. 2) Safe was closed and password was unknown. Security guard came in and opened it with his key. They guy looked like a criminal. Technician also told me they change their security guards quite often. I guess you know what I mean... 3) Safe was not notebook (even netbook) friendly as it was shown on the website. 4) Shower was not working properly and technician said he could not fix it. 5) All in all service from the staff was around 3.5/5 6) Wifi was really slow Free breakfast was fine. View was not so good because of construction site nearby. I think I will try Mozart Hotel next time and will certainly never come back to this hotel.

A great place to stay in Odessa

The Hotel is very safe and well cared for in all respects. it is a great place to combine work with a swim or a gym session. Food is very good from restaurant .

Stayed in Hotel Maristella Club in late August.

Our vacation was spoiled by the staff of this hotel. Cost of accommodation in this hotel - dramatically overstated! In general, the layout of the room is quite comfortable, except of the shared balcony zone, overlooking the construction site, where sometimes there were other people. Room service - terrible! On the TV set - a layer of dust. Blinds of conditioner and fan cover in the bathroom - not clean, and have a distinctive gray dust. On the floor in the shower - mold. Towels in the bathroom are changed daily, but most of the towels had the spots. Free WIFI works disgusting. About the restaurant: There are several options of the breakfast included. You must order breakfast the day before. Once we ordered breakfast at 9:00 and we got it at 10:00. The hotel restaurant is too expensive for the dishes quality and service! Tea and coffee made from bad quality tap water. Once, I accidentally poured on the bed with a glass of plain water. We asked the maid to change the bed. Everything was done, but at the checkout - we got an extra bill for 400 Hryvnia for the hotel damages. It turns out, after a glass of water - on the mattress, there were two yellow spots and a mattress had to take to the special cleaner. The hotel staff refused all our comments, as well as provide evidence that the "damage" was caused precisely by us, talked with us in a very rude and unacceptable form, giving us psychological pressure and forcibly held us in the lobby until the payment of «injury» was done.
