“I lived in he hotel 03/14-03/15. I left my stuff in the hotel and called them a few hours the first time after I left. The front desk told me he will handle it and call me again the next day. But no further call back. So I call back again the second day, said she will handle it. But no further response again. Then I call them again today, told me directly they cannot find it and not responsible for holding lost items for customers. The question is, I call the hotel even a few hours after I left……
